Something was brought to my attention yesterday which I had not realized.  That is my site largely seems to be focused on photography when my main business is computer repair.  That isn’t to say that computer repair is not important to me, because it is.  I mean I have barely made a dime from photography while computer consulting pays all the bills and keeps me in toys.  

I guess that is because it is easier to talk about something visual, like photography, online as opposed to fixing computers.  I can show example photos and give explanations about them easily.  When talking about fixing computers though, it is largely boring text… talk about mind numbing.

Since I am talking about my computer repair business I might as well go on eh?  Last week was a little slower than normal which felt good!  I normally work crazy hours and it was nice to have a little bit of spare time during the day.  This week though continued the trend so I was a little worried about business slowing down.  With the economy going into the dumpster it is almost to be expected.  My fears were relieved yesterday when I got scheduled for a bunch of new business in the coming weeks.

So between normal scheduled work, normal amount of disasters that happen weekly and a few web sites to design, my plate will be insanely quite full for the remainder of the year.  I really enjoy doing website work because I get to program, something I have always enjoyed.  I really enjoy making something out of nothing, the feeling is quite satisfying.  I actually get so excited about doing web sites, that it can keep me up at night with all the ideas running through my head!

As far as photography goes, not to say I am less interested in it, but I think I will be focusing my blog more on my work instead of photography.  After all it is computers, not photography, which pays the bills!  I still find photography to be very exciting though!  In fact, I will be taking a bunch of family pictures on thanksgiving.  It is always good when I get a chance to play with all my gear and make great shots!
